Our Mission

 

Phenomenal Young Ladies, Inc. (PYL)  is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established on August 23, 2004, in Chester, Pa. PYL seeks to support and promote personal and academic growth among youth and young adults.

 

PYL has a twofold mission to directly empower young ladies to develop a firm sense of self, and to provide foster care youth (men and women) enrolled in post-secondary institutions with school supplies and other materials necessary to be successful in school.
